Upon the purchase of a “new” 20 year old home, it was clear there were significant areas requiring immediate improvement around the exterior of the home.

There were 2 separate retaining walls that needed to be repaired, a front walkway that required some TLC and an entire lot that was missing a single tree, shrub or flower.

After interviewing many organizations interested in the work, I found that Trevor from Nolan Landscape Solutions was the only person who genuinely seemed interested in beautifying my home. His landscape design, guidance and suggestions were all met with praise by both my wife and I. Although it has been over a year since Trevor completed the project, we still have neighbours stop in front of our home on a weekly basis and engage us in conversation around the design and ultimate implementation of our Outdoor Oasis. All other organizations that bid on the project seemed to be interested in pushing an agenda that did not coincide with our vision.

To summarise, Nolan Landscape Solutions was hired to complete an outdoor landscaping project in June of 2012. I was very satisfied with the work performed, price quoted and timelines provided. Nolan Landscape Solutions was 100% on-time and on-budget. I will continue to use Nolan Landscape Solutions for any and all Landscaping requirements that I have and would absolutely recommend them for any job – big or small.

In august 2013, I had my driveway resurfaced and decided it was time to add some splash with some interlocking brick along the side of my driveway and a nice sitting area at the front of my house. I called Landscape Solutions, and met with the owner and designer Trevor. He was awesome to work with. He met me at my home, was on time and based on the interior design of my home came up with a design for outside that met my modern style!

His team started on the job soon after and we’re on time and had the job finished in 3 days. All of the workers were very professional, and cleaned up every day before they left. They went out of their way to even help me redirect the downspout of water from my home, by running pipes underground into my front yard.

When I take a walk along my street, my interlock is so superior in design and finish to all of the other homes. I am totally satisfied with Trevor and his group of professionals that form Landscape Solutions, and highly recommend this company for all of your exterior landscaping!

Trevor and his team at Nolan Landscape Solutions have been amazing.

What they were able to make come to life from the initial drawings continues to please the eye. We are thrilled with the outcome and where very happy throughout the renovation to the yard. Realistic times were set, even with weather not always cooperating. 

We had the opportunity to make adjustments along the way as the job was not rushed through.

Thought was given to drainage both at the house and property line which is most important, and we have had no problems.

We are so impressed with his work, as is our family; both my sister and parents hired him! We are now getting quotes on the front yard, and I won’t shop around. Trevor is an honest, fair & hard working person. We are thrilled to have had him referred to us!
